Ingredients:
10 ounces (285 ml) boiling water
1 tablespoon (6 g) pau d’arco tea (loose bark shavings)
1/2 cup (75 g) red seedless grapes
1 piece (1/2 inch, or 1 cm) fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 cup (75 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon yacon syrup
1/2 teaspoon local bee pollen
8 ice cubes
Method:
Pour boiling water over pau d’arco bark in a french press. Let steep for 15 minutes, strain brewed tea into a mug, and let cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
When the tea is cool, add to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
