For a Tequila Sunrise, put 5–6 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, add 3 measures of tequila and 200 ml (7 fl oz) of fresh orange juice and shake to mix. Strain into 2 highball glasses over plenty of ice, then slowly pour 2 teaspoons of grenadine into each one, allowing it to settle. Decorate each glass with an orange slice.
