How to make Russian spring punch cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
ice cubes
1 measure crème de cassis
2 measures lemon juice
4 tablespoons sugar syrup
chilled Champagne, to top up
4 measures Absolut vodka
To decorate
lemon slices
mixed berries
Method:
Fill 2 highball glasses with ice cubes. Pour over the crème de cassis, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Add the Champagne and vodka at the same time (this prevents excessive fizzing) and stir. Decorate each glass with a lemon slice and some berries and serve.
For a Kir Champagne Royale, which is not as strong as the Russian Spring Punch, to serve 1, put 1 teaspoon of vodka into a Champagne flute, add 2 teaspoons of crème de cassis and top up with chilled Champagne.
