How to make mojito cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment muddling stick
16 mint leaves, plus sprigs to decorate
1 lime, cut into wedges
4 teaspoons cane sugar crushed ice
5 measures white rum soda water, to top up
Method:
Muddle the mint leaves, lime and sugar in the bottom of 2 highball glasses and fill with crushed ice.
Add the rum, stir and top up with soda water. Decorate with mint sprigs and serve.
For a Limon Mojito, a citrus version of the classic Mojito, muddle the quarters of 2 limes with 4 teaspoons of soft brown sugar and 16 mint leaves in the bottom of 2 highball glasses, then add 4 measures of Limon
Bacardi rum instead of the 5 measures of white rum. Stir and top up with soda water, if you like. Decorate with lemon and lime slices and drink through straws.
