How to make mexican mule cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment muddling stick
2 limes
2 dashes sugar syrup
crushed ice
2 measures José Cuervo Gold tequila
2 measures Kahlúa coffee liqueur
ginger ale, to top up
Method:
Cut the limes into wedges. Put half in each highball glass and muddle with the sugar syrup.
Half-fill each glass with crushed ice, add the tequila and Kahlúa, stir and top up with ginger ale.
For a Moscow Mule, an American favourite from the 1950s, put 6–8 cracked ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, add 4 measures of vodka and the freshly squeezed juice of 4 limes and shake well. Pour, without straining, into 2 highball glasses over ice and top up with ginger beer.
