How to make Tahini Recipe - Tahini is most often used as an ingredient in hummus, but it is a great addition to any recipe involving vegetables (especially raw), falafel, beans, or rices.
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:
1½ cups sesame seeds
¼ cup olive oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spread sesame seeds on a baking sheet and bake until fragrant but not brown, about 8 minutes, shaking often.
Combine sesame seeds and oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate leftovers.
