How to make Lamb Meatball Taco Recipe
Makes 8 tacos
Ingredients:
1 pound ground lamb
1 cup white onion, very finely chopped
2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon fine ground sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Yogurt Sauce
8 pieces lettuce
Paprika for garnish
Chili Lime Tortillas
Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix all ingredients except sauce, lettuce, and tortillas in a medium mixing bowl and roll into small meatballs, about 1 Tablespoon each. Mix should yield about 32 meatballs. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook 16 minutes.
Spread 1 teaspoon Yogurt Sauce evenly on a tortilla. Top with 1 piece lettuce and 4 meatballs. Garnish with a pinch of paprika.
