How to make Frittata Burger Recipe - Preparation 30 min, Cooking 10 min
Serve: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
4 burger buns
2 potatoes
4 fresh organic eggs
1 pinch of paprika
1 onion
few sprigs of chives
1 tsp. tablespoons oil
Assembly:
4 tbsp. tablespoons of BBQ sauce
4 slices of cheddar
2 handfuls of lettuce
salt and pepper
4 slices of tomato
Method:
Prepare patties. Cook the potatoes peeled and cut into large cubes in a pot of salted water.
Drain and reserve. Beat the eggs, add the paprika, onion, peeled and chopped, salt and pepper, chopped chives and diced potato.
Heat oil in a frying blinis (if using a pan Tefal small, or make a big frittata and cut into four). When the oil is hot, add the omelette with potatoes, cook over low heat 5 minutes, and when the omelet is less runny, flip like a pancake with a plate. Cook 5 minutes on the other side.
Cut the bread in half. On each bun bottom, spread the BBQ sauce, then place the chopped salad, frittata, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 tomato slice, close the burger. And proceed for each burger.
Serve immediately and serve with BBQ sauce.
