How to make Classic Burger Recipe - Preparation 5 min, Cook 5 min
Serve: 4 Burgers
Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns buns Nature
4 large lettuce leaves or Batavia
600 g extra ground beef
2 tsp. tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce
salt and pepper
Method:
Make 4 balls with ground beef and flatten slightly. Cook them in a pan without fat. Salt and pepper.
Place the bread cut in half in the oven (face up) with some homemade tomato sauce on both sides.
Once hot, remove them from the oven, add the lettuce leaves, chopped steak, and possibly a large sweet pickle cut in half.
Close the burgers and serve immediately.
