How to make Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt
1 c. milk
1 c. fresh or frozen fruit (banana, strawberries, peaches)
1 Tbsp. sugar or honey (optional)
Method:
Cut fruit into chunks, and combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
