How to make Chili's Margarita Grilled Chicken Recipe - The popular and unique Margarita Grilled Chicken on the menu at Chili's Bar and Grill is quite easy to make at home.
SERVES 4
Ingredients:
1 cup liquid margarita mix
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
Pour the margarita mix into a zip-top bag.
Add the chicken breasts and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Drain, and dust chicken with black pepper.
Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking oil.
Cook the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, or until done.
