Mango Salsa

How to Make Mango Salsa Recipe - preparation 15 minutes

Serves 4

1 large ripe mango, peeled, stoned and diced
3 ripe tomatoes, diced
4 spring onions (scallions), finely chopped
1 yellow (bell) pepper, seeded and diced
1 red chilli, seeded and diced
juice of 1 lime
salt and ground black pepper
4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

1 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until required.
