frozen strawberry mousse
PREPARATION: 5 MINUTES, COOKING: NONE
1 cup (250 ml) light evaporated milk, chilled
2 tablespoons (30 ml) confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon (5 ml) grated orange zest
2 cups (300 g) frozen strawberries
1 Combine the chilled evaporated milk, confectioners’ sugar and orange zest in a pitcher.
2 Put the strawberries in a food processor or blender and pulse until just chopped. With the motor running, gradually add the evaporated milk mixture and process until the ingredients are just combined.
3 Divide the strawberry mousse among four dessert bowls and serve immediately.
