Ingredients:
25ml/1fl oz/2 tbsp brandy
25ml/1fl oz/2 tbsp crème de cacao
25ml/1fl oz/2 tbsp double (heavy) cream
a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Method:
1 Mix together the brandy, crème de cacao and cream. Shake well. Dust with nutmeg.
