Tuna Melt Pizza
2 large ready-made pizza bases
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 red (bell) pepper, seeded and diced
2 x 200g/7oz cans tuna, drained
1 x 200g/7oz can sweetcorn kernels, drained
125g/4oz/1 cup grated Cheddar
1 Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7.
2 Spread each pizza base thinly with tomato paste. Top each one with the red pepper, tuna and sweetcorn. Sprinkle over the grated Cheddar.
3 Put each pizza on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10–12 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden.
4 Cut the pizzas into wedges to serve.
