Beef and Vegetable Burger
4 burger buns
Tomato, thinly sliced
Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
200 grams minced beef
25 grams chicory, finely sliced
25 grams carrot, boiled and grated
2 tablespoons margarine
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, mashed
1. Burger: Mix the beef and 1 tablespoon of margarine until well blended. Add carrots, chicory, salt, pepper, and garlic. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, flattened into a spherical shape.
2. Heat the margarine in a skillet. Fry the burgers until cooked on both sides.
3. Grease the buns with margarine. Bake for 2 minutes.
4. Put the burger into the bun and add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and cucumbers. Serve.
