Nonstop peanuts

How to make Nonstop peanuts recipe - By Gene Gonzalez

1/2 kilo raw peanuts, shelled
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ngo-hion
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger powder
1 cup cornstarch
1 to 2 egg whites
Oil for deep frying

Mix the first nine ingredients together. Dust with cornstarch, then deep-fry. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
