2 cups kangkong leaves with stalk
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sliced garlic, toasted
1. Blanch kangkong and stalk in cold water, drain and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil, add garlic, oyster sauce and hoisin sauce.
3. Add the kangkong leaves and season with salt and pepper.
4. Simmer to cook. Top with toasted sliced garlic.
