Adobong paa ng manok sa gata
4 pcs. paa ng manok (chicken feet)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup gata (coconut cream)
1/2 cup lemongrass
1. Boil chicken feet. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onions in oil.
3. Add chicken feet.
4. Put vinegar, gata and lemongrass. Simmer until chicken feet are tender and have absorbed the coconut cream.
