Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
6 oz semi sweet choc chips
4 T butter
1/2 c dairy sour cream
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
Method:
Melt one 6-oz package of semisweet chocolate chips and 4 Tbls of butter or regular margarine over low heat.
Remove from the heat and blend in 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream, 1 Tsp Vanilla extract and 1/4 Tsp Salt.
Gradually add enough sifted powdered sugar (2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups) to reach a spreading consistency. Beat well.
