Horseradish Sauce Version 2

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/2 cup Whipping cream
Method:
Combine the horseradish, mustard, and lemon juice.
Beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold in horseradish mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour.
